It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colleen M. Theobald (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 19, 2018, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Mary. She is survived by: her husband Peter J. Theobald; her father Ken Burns of Madison, WI; her husband Peter "Pete" Mount; and her children, Christina of Milwaukee, WI, Olivia of Bend, OR, Matthew of Bend and Nicholas of Madison, WI.. She is also survived by her extended family along with the many friends.
