He was predeceased by: his wife Dana Noreen Hafeman (Meyer); and his parents, Clarence Hafeman and Violet Hafeman (Hamblin). He is survived by: his grandchild Don; his sons, Douglas (Kathy), Dale (Amy) and David (Tina); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Peters (Matt) and Nathan Hafeman; and his siblings, Clarence Hafeman and Judy Witthoft. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
