He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Mabis and Olive Mabis (Slark); and his siblings, Donald Mabis and Janet Kessinich. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mabis; his siblings, James Mabis of Middleton, Earl Mabis of Sun Prairie and Howard Mabis of Baldwin, WI; and his brother-in-law Byron Kessenich of DeForest. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
