He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Perkins and Josephine Perkins (Fisher); his wife Joan; his children, Steven (Ann), Marcie (Roman) and Jennifer (Mike); his grandchildren, Andrew (Emilee), Allison and Aydon; his sister Janet Perrin (Lyle); and his sister-in-law Debra Pahl (Bruce). He was also cherished by other relatives and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Messiah Ev. Lutheran Church or Agrace Hospice & Palliative Care.
