She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Hamus and Odelia Hamus (Breu); her husband Phillip Rotar; her sons, Duane and David Rotar; and her grandson Brandon Rotar.

She is survived by : her sons, Jeffry Rotar and Alan Rotar (Sandra Tifft); her grandchildren, Matthew Rotar (Julie), Nathan Rotar (Linsey Shrigley), Heather Kemple (David), Bridget Smith (Jeff) and Bryce Rotar; and her brother Hubert Hamus. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, along with many other relatives nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made out to Rock County Cancer Coalition, Agrace Hospice or a charity of your choice.
