She is survived by: her father Oscar Jr. Rortvedt; her children, Nicole (Skylar) and Ty Enger (Stella); her siblings, Lorie Wiessinger (Randy), Jim Rortvedt (Jennifer) and Randy Rortvedt (Claudette); her siblings' children, Kristi Wiessinger, Camille Lapp (Lukas), Daniel (Christie), Michael Rortvedt (Sarah) and Kyle Wiessinger; and her significant other Linda.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be used at the discretion of Julie's children to honor her memory.
