She is survived by: her daughters, Erica Johnson (Michael), Heidi Alt (Todd Rasmussen) and Alyssa Giese (Joshua); her grandchildren, Mekhi Johnson, Ayona Johnson, Trevor Rasmussen, Kaleigha Giese and Lukas Giese; her mother Shirley Birkle; and her siblings, Kari Mulhern (Timothy), Kristi Birkle, Alan Birkle (Holly) and Koni Adams (David). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
