He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Parks and Lucille Parks (Schmid); his grandparents, Peter and Rosina Parks; and his brother Larry.

He is survived by: his brother Jeff Parks (Linda) of Belleville; his niece Ginny Lyn Parks of Belleville; and his nephew Mike Grotesend of Wisconsin Rapids.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, you make donations to the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Lung Cancer Association.
