It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Meissen of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Joseph Waller and Margaret Jessie Waller (Tschabold); her former husband Marvin Francis Meissen; her sisters, Marilyn (Jack Graham) and Suzzanne (Lawrence Damon); her daughter-in-law Karen Ellen Meissen (Erickson); her granddaughter Kristina Marie Meissen; and her great grandchild Karina Maria.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Michael Aronson; her children, Phillip Andrew Meissen (Gail), Theresa Susan Meissen (Kyle Mathews), Michael James Meissen (Debbie Fairweather) and Anna Bernadette Brown (Michael); and her grandchildren, Christina Collette Dunn (Michael), Danielle Wampole (Tony), Kari Glattard (Nick), Aaron Meissen (Torri), Brad Meissen (Lauren), Katelyn Keller (Jake), Nathan Brown (Ebba), Matthew Brown (Marie), Lauren Mixtacki (Brian), Kristin Lipanot (Ben), Keahn Dunn (Megan) and Kevin Dunn (Willa). She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Dennis Church (505 Dempsey Rd, Madison, WI 53714). A Mass was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Laona Cemetery.
