He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Gilbert Bailey and Margaret Bailey (Current); his wife Rosemarie; his children, Bill, Thomas (Beth Lueck) and Barbara (Michael Roering); and his siblings, Ted Bailey (Sharon) and Jane Bailey Stamm. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
