He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hanson and Inez Hanson (Lura). He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Rewolinski (Timothy) of Muskego, WI, Rebecca Hashiguchi (Kenji) of Franklin, TN, Greta Hutterer (Paul) of Manitowoc, WI and Heidi Barth (Gary) of Cedarburg, WI; his grandchildren, Spencer, Jake, Ethan, Hanna and Emma; his brothers, Roger Hanson of Crookston, MN, Jim Hanson (Elaine) of Ada, MN and Mike Hanson (Arlene) of Erhard, MN; and his nieces and nephews, Brock Hanson (Cheryl) of Fargo, ND, Chasity Brandt (Bobby) of Ada, MN, Jeremy Hanson Willis (Sam) of Minneapolis, MN, Jamie Hanson (Cindy) of Fargo, ND, Jodi Sargent (Lee) of Ada, MN, Josh Hanson, Thief and Jesse Hanson of Ada, MN. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
