She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Trousil and Helen (Karl); her husband Robert Malkowski; her siblings, David Trousil and Ruth Berres; her son Robin Swetlik; and her grandson Bo Swetlik.
She is survived by: her former husband Paul Swetlik; and her sons, Theodore Swetlik, Paul Swetlik, Brian Swetlik (Julie), Perry Swetlik and Jess Swetlik (Lynne). She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
