It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John T. Dvorak of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 1, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur F. Dvorak and Honor M. Dvorak (Hayden); his brothers, Dick Dvorak and Jim Dvorak; his sister-in-law Kathleen Junk; and his parents-in-law, Valarian and Mayme Junk.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Dvorak; his children, Barbara Kakuk (Scott), Dean Dvorak (Tonya) and Lee Dvorak (Wendy); his grandchildren, Jacob Kakuk (Nicole), Salena Kakuk, Olivia Samz (Mitchell), Madelyn Kakuk, Grace Dvorak, Hannah Dvorak, Emma Dvorak and Elizabeth Dvorak; his great grandchildren, Bristol, Nora and Macy; his brother David Dvorak (Jane); his sister-in-law Candace Dvorak; his sisters, Sue Wallander (Allan) of Saugus, CA, Nancy Remaker (Paul) and Janet Brandes (Richard); his brother-in-law Howard Junk (Jessica); and also Robert Byrnes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, others relatives and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in an effort to keep everyone safe, the family requests that everyone please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
