He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Rosinsky and Orea Rosinsky (Kramer); his wife Betty J. Kelnhofer; his son Jon; and his siblings, David, Richard, Don, Wayne, Paul, Mary Ann and Joanne.
He is survived by : his children, Bob (Ruth) of Bradenton, FL, Jill (Paul) of Savannah, GA, Peggy (Greg) of Tucson, AZ and Carrie (Rick) of Tucson, AZ.; his grandchildren, Mindy, Erik, Justin, Lucas, Beau, Robert, Brianna and Kaylana; and his sister Judy Kaye of Two Rivers.
In lieu of flowers please consider contributing to the Manitowoc School Forest where Bob was a leader in environmental education or Hope House of Manitowoc County.
