He was predeceased by : his parent Lucille Lofman (Beyer); and his son-in-law Dale Akred. He is survived by : his former life partner Bernice Hofer; his wife Bernie; his children, Michael Beyer (Barbara) of Palm Springs, CA and Kerry Akred of Grand Rapids, MI; his grandchildren, Austin DeGayner, Franklin, Raegen and Vincent; his stepbrother Charles Lofman (Sandye) of Menominee; and also Liz Wall (Joe) of Menominee.
