He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Noel and Esther Noel (Golden); his wife Doris Taylor; his children, Chuck (Lori) of Deerfield, Karen Opps (Tim) of Sun Prairie and Sheri of Marshall; his grandchildren, Matt (Christa), Chad (Ashley), Courtney, Drew, Trevor, Bryce, Hailee, Taylor and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Avery, Talon and Kiley; and his brothers, Bob, Jim and Bill. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Agrace HospiceCare or William S. Middleton VA Hospital.
