He is survived by: his spouse Jerrilyn Bouton; his children, Meichelle Goss and Jackie Hendrickson (William); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Allyssa, Carter and Charlotte. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
