He is survived by: his wife Arlene M. Jacobs; and his children, Debra Collins (Tim), Eugene Brookhart (Lisa), John Brookhart (Kathy), Robert Brookhart (Shelly), Zelda, Michael Brookhart and Kenneth Brookhart (Sonya). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
