He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin A. and Martha Folz, Sr. (Tritz); his former wife Carol M. Krostag; his stepson Glenn Everson; and his brothers, Aloysius and Sylvester Folz.
He is survived by: his former wife Patricia A. Spease; his wife Patti; his sons, Terry Folz and Tim Folz; his stepdaughter Kimberley Bell (Shane); and his sisters, Christine Michalski, Lucille Lang, Caroline Hagen and Darlene Hanby (Roger). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
