He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mikula and Stephanie Mikula (Majerski); and his sister Virginia (Narlock). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Filla (Church); his children, Christopher (Brenda) of Oostburg, Morgan and Madison; his stepson Michael; his stepgrandchildren, Haley, Jonah, Lucas, Meggan Wingerter (John) of South Park, PA and Andrew of Onalaska; his brother Allan Mikula (Gail) of Marshfield; and also, Gina Hoffman (William) of Lakeville, MN, Benjamin, Thomas, Madeleine and William.
