She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fitzgerald and Anna Fitzgerald (Sullivan); her husband Lawrence "Larry" Barnes; her siblings, Geraldine Kranz (Lyle), Mary Gonzales (Henry), Rose Finlayson, Cecelia LaRue (Maurice), Ione Fitzgerald, Francis Fitzgerald (Vanita), Dennis Fitzgerald (Berta), Mike Fitzgerald (Delores) and Patrick Fitzgerald; and her siblings-in-law, Gerda Scharfenberg, Richard Barnes and Harry Scharfenberg.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Gosda (Peter), Ellen Keen (Randy Varsho) and John Barnes (Tisha Hull); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob, Robert, Mike and Samantha; her close friends, Don and Michelle Schneider; her niece Bridge Lawrence; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Fitzgerald and Margaret Barnes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
