He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Manning and Lura Manning. He is survived by: his wife Diane Manning (Hinkle); his children, Dennis (Tonia), David and Dale (Naomie); and his sister Caryl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
