With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip John Steinbach (Menasha, Wisconsin), born in Manawa, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 4, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Steinbach and Celia Steinbach (Larson); his wife Patricia "Peg" O'Neil; and his brother Russell Steinbach. He is survived by: his children, Kristine Steinbach, Mark Steinbach (Stacy) and Steve Steinbach (Amy); his grandchildren, Brendan, Morgan (Daniel Estrada), Taylor, Charley and Payton; his siblings, Joyce Wolf and Roger Steinbach (Colleen); and his siblings-in-law, Marie Steinbach, Kathy Sendek, Thomas, Michael, James and Jerome O'Neil (Denise). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
