He was predeceased by : his father Leonard Stanczak. He is survived by : his mother Rosemary Stanczak; his children, Kristi Urban (Michael), Joseph Stanczak (Ebony) and Randy Stanczak (Hannah); his siblings, Marty Stanczak, Dan Stanczak (Susan) and Diane DeWall (Jeffrey); his granddaughter Kenzie Urban; and his nephew Andrew Stanczak. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
