Anne M. Frantz-Cook Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne M. Frantz-Cook of Menomonie, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Finnell and Vera Finnell; and her brother Loren. She is survived by : her children, Kathy Garrity, Valerie Frantz and Andrew Frantz; her husband David Cook of Menomonie; her stepchildren, Carol Flannagan of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Susan Otterson of La Crescent, Minnesota and Stephen Cook of London, England.; her sister-in-law Pilar Finnell; and also Lorena Finnell of Quito, Ecuador. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
