She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Howard Teasdale and Minnie Teasdale; her husband Frederick Gruner; her children, Suzanne Lynn, Kimberly Waters (Dennis), Paul Gruner (Lisa) and Stephanie Schaeffer (Richard); her grandchildren, Jenna Rouse, Jeremy Waters, Lindsey McKee (Charles), Kaitlin McKee, Samantha McLaughlin (Daniel), McKenzie Gruner and Jadynn Gruner; her great grandchildren, Beau and Witt Tack; and her siblings, Jane and Howard "Boots".

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Nancy's name may be made to the Mequon United Methodist Church or Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
