He is survived by: his wife Darlene Derzay; his daughter Stephanie Wysocki; his sister-in-law Theresa Wysocki; his grandchildren, Blake, Willey, Jacob and Lilly (Kendall Derzay); his nieces, Angie and Becky; and his nephew Andrew.
