She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Spencer; her parents, Robert Fulkerson and Margaret Fulkerson; and her brother Thomas Fulkerson. She is survived by : her children, Charvey Spencer (Joan) and Patrick Spencer; her grandchildren, Amanda Spencer, Ross Spencer (Ashley), Justin Mattson (Kelly), Corey O'Donovan (Deirdre) and Colin O'Donovan (Kasie); her great grandchildren, Lydia Spencer, Rian Crouse, Baylor Mattson, Daxton O'Donovan and Finnegan O'Donovan; her sister Kathryn Williams; her uncle Pete Fulkerson; her aunts, Shirley Locher and Elma McCoy; and her brother-in-law Ernie Tromberg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorials to Frederic Scholarship Committee, Frederic Library or St. Luke's United Methodist Church can be made in lieu of flowers.
