She was predeceased by: her significant other Joseph John Freda. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Freda (Juli), Diana Price (Monty), Debra Magerowski (Thomas), Rodney Freda, Jenifer Lachance (Todd) and Christina Peterson (Don); her sister Gisela Wilson; and her pet Fred. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rita can be made to The American Heart Association, The American Cancer Society or Milwaukee Humane Society.
