It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Jean Horounziak (Milwaukee, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Amanda Gonzalez (Francisco), Joseph Chojnacki, Andrew Chojnacki (Amanda) and Samantha Chojnacki (Micah Hibbs); her grandchildren, Logan, Kaylee, Raegan Gonzalez, Elizabeth, Jordan Chojnacki, Bella and Lincoln Chojnacki; her parents, Diane Horounziak and Walter Horounziak; her siblings, Wally Horounziak, Steve Horounziak (Nikki), Jody Horounziak and Thomas Horounziak; and her nephew Tyler Horounziak.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Prasser-Kleczka Funeral Homes Bay View Chapel (3275 S Howell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
