She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. Radtke; her child Gail Malecki (Allen); her parents, Nick Balcerzak and Lucille Balcerzak; and her siblings, Raymond (late Joan), Edward, Frank, Chester Balcerzak and Irene Smith (late Gordon).
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Imperl (David), Beverly Niles (Elwood) and Kathleen Dietenberger (Paul); her grandchildren, Melissa, Lauren (Adam), Eric, Kayla, Brad Malecki, Rebecca Liebherr (Johnny), Stephanie Kobelinski, Rachel Mathwick (Michael), Katelyn and Ashley Dietenberger; her great grandchildren, Madelyn and McKinley Mathwick; her sister Dorothy Mikolajek (late Raymond); her sister-in-law Elaine Rice (Al); and her caregivers, Heather, Jeanine, Kristen and Rachelle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
