He is survived by: his former wife Mary Katherine Rozwadowski; his wife Lory Ann Bresina; his children, Mark Van Gorder (Heidi), Prairie Markussen (Joseph Sass), Nathan Markussen, Joel Van Gorder (Rebecca Gregory), Annie Van Gorder (Juan Garcia), Mollie Van Gorder (Ramon Macias), Carrie Van Gorder, Laurie Van Gorder (Reginald Williams), Amanda Van Gorder (John Ehn), Rebecca Carvalho (Richard Baas) and John Paul Carvalho (Krista Chamberlain); his grandchildren, Cameron, Iliana, Caiden, Cora, Samantha, Maximiliano, Cole, Mason, Isabella, Manuel, Caius, Jailyn, Benjamin, Lucas, Ceridwen, Graham, Julia, Aiden, Vaida and Isla; and his friend Rev. Timothy Kitzke.
