He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Kieffer; his children, Tammy (Jim), Debbie (Bob), Todd and Julie; his grandchildren, Michael (Sarah), Joshua, Matthew (Michelle), Craig (Emmitt), Michaela (Drake), Samuel, Mark (Leah), William and Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Opal and Arthur; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
