We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2018, at the age of 80, Jerry L. Dolphin (Mineral Point, Wisconsin), born in Platteville, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Brigitte; his children, Mike Dolphin (Jeanne) of Schaumburg, Thomas Dolphin (Vicki) of Mineral Point, Debra Dolphin-Jacobs of Mineral Point and Scott Dolphin of Mineral Point; his grandchildren, Trent Jacobs, Sara Greene, Tara, Mark, Tyler, Kayla, Kyle, Morgyn, Allison, Alec and Aryn Dolphin; and his siblings, Larry Dolphin (Jane), Ron Dolphin (Melva), Steve Dolphin (Teresa), Jeanie Calvert (Chuck), Nancy Bockhop (Gary), Elaine Uren (Dick), Carol Hermanson (Dave) and Beth Gribble (Richard).
In lieu of flowers donations to Upland Hills Health Hospice, Iowa County Cancer Coalition and Bloomfield Manor Care would be appreciated.
