He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Barbara Hawkins, Robert and Betty Shaffer. He is survived by: his parents, Stanley B Hawkins and Debbie L Hawkins (Shaffer) of Forreston, IL; his sister Shirie L Henquinet (Troy); and his nieces, Aleah of McHenry, IL. and Eevee of McHenry, IL.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Moose Lodge 639 (639 3rd Ave, Monroe, WI 53566).
