He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Keeney and Alice Keeney (Waterman); his brother Edwin Keeney; and his nephew David Keeney (Cindy Palmer). He is survived by: his brothers, Milton Keeney (Doris) and Paul Keeney (Lois); his sister-in-law Carolyn Keeney; and his siblings' children, Bob Keeney (Mary), Dan Keeney (Karen), Steve Keeney (Mary), Gary Keeney (Lisa), Scott Keeney (Becky), Troy Keeney (Nicole), Jeff Keeney (Barb), Sandy Hull (Robert), Kris Hubanks (Pat) and Elizabeth Keeney (Skip Hansen).
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established in loving memory of James Keeney.
