He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrin Sr. Hammond and Donna Hammond (Izer); his son Joshua; and his brothers, Roger and Glenn.
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Tetzlaff; his wife Sandy; his children, Eric and Laura (Jason); and his siblings, Paula, Bonnie (Bill), Cheryl (Jerry) and Ronnie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
