Carolyn Rae (Schubring) Fait Obituary

Carolyn Rae Fait of Mukwonago, Wisconsin, was born to Eternal Life on April 9, 2025, at the age of 83.

The beloved wife of David Fait, Carolyn was the heart and soul of her family. She was a devoted mother to Jennifer (Anthony) Edwards, Heather (Charles) Brennan, and Ryan (Colleen) Fait; a proud grandmother to Austin (Audrey) Montgomery, Abagayle (Charles) Faris, Carson Edwards, and the late Lukas Edwards; and a joyful great grandmother to Elijah Iverson, Kaia Montgomery, and Samuel Faris.

Along with her natural warmth, laughter, and love for good company, Carolyn was a talented hairdresser. These gifts, the cornerstones of who she was, made others feel beautiful, both inside and out.

She found great peace and joy living by the lake, where pontoon boat rides and sunset cruises became cherished traditions. Whether spending time with family, laughing with friends, or simply soaking in the serenity of the water, Carolyn embraced life with grace and gratitude.

Carolyn's presence was a blessing, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A visitation will be held at 1PM, followed by a memorial service at 3PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Mukwonago (930 Main St).
