He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack Tendick, George Schafer and Aerion Schafer. He is survived by: his parents, John Schafer and Jacqueline Schafer; his wife Wendy Thompson; his pet Flynn; his sister Michele Simkin; his brother-in-law Brian; his brother Dan Schafer; his sister-in-law Kim; his uncles, Dave Tendick (Terri), Chuck Tendick, Jim Tendick (Charlie) and JT Tendick; and his grandmother Ruth Tendick. He is also survived by numerous nephews, cousins and friends.
