She was predeceased by : her parents, Norbert Pettit and Agnes Pettit (Deleski); her brother Jim; her parents-in-law, Marie Meier and Edward Meier; and her sister-in-law Arlene Gilinski.
She is survived by : her husband Wayne E. Meier; her children, Debbie Schoengarth (Mike) of Neillsville, WI, Sharon Wilsmann (Bob) of Neillsville, WI and Steve Meier (Lisa) of Marshfield, WI; her grandchildren, Casey Schoengarth (Kristi), Katie Elmhorst (Randy), Rebecca Ciezki (Jeff), Timothy Wilsmann (Terri), Stephanie Donnerbauer (Jordan), Alexandra Meier (Ethan), Katrina Krueger and Nicholas D'Acquisto; and her brothers, John Pettit (Janie) of Neillsville, WI and David Pettit (Linda) of Morton, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
One of her other volunteer projects was the Hospital Auxiliary or as we all knew it as "The Mall" Each week, before the Covid-19 outbreak, she would go to the nursing home and paint fingernails.
