He is survived by : his wife Beverly Joyce; his friend Purple Harley; his children, Lisa Blanchard (Dewey), Cindy Munns (Randy), Mark Schmidt (Nikki), Tina Schmidt, Kim Collins (Lanny) and Ryan Schmidt (Michelle); his grandchildren, Cassandra, Brandon, Brooke, Eric, Morgan, Clay, Katelyn, Alex, Kennedy, Sophia and Jack; his great grandchild Oliver; and his siblings, Yvonne Lezotte (Alvin), Mary Smith (Gordon), Arlene Layton (Gilbert), Carolyn Foote (Jim), Ralph Schmidt (Karlene) and Lori Thoma (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
