She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Sr. Johnson and Audrey Johnson (Blank); her husband Alan Koos Sr.; her daughter Samantha Salawater; and her siblings, Robert Schmickel, John Schmickel, Steve Johnson, Peter Johnson and Karen Jahnke.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan Koos Jr. (Lea) and John Koos (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Amanda Salawater, Benny Salawater, Becca Koos-Chause, Spencer Koos, Alan Koos III, Isabella Koos, Ava Koos and Savannah Bednar; her great grandchildren, Emersyn, Eden, Ezra, Liam, Harper, Carson and Asher; her sister Cynthia Braun (Dave); and her sister-in-law Sara Warner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
