She was predeceased by: her child Tammy Hernandez; her parent Edward Boldt; and her sibling Dennis Boldt (Sheryl). She is survived by: her children, Bryan Hernandez (Amy) and Tonya Hernandez; her grandchildren, Nicholas (Lexi), Kevin, Patrick, Nathan, Hannah, Michael and Jesse; her great grandchildren, Lucas and Ethan; her parent Agnes Boldt; and her siblings, Edward Boldt (Debbie), Linda Kujac (Jim), Robert Boldt (Sharen), Gary Boldt (Donna), Brian Boldt and Randy Boldt. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
