She is survived by: her husband Phillip; her sons, Jeffrey (Christy) and Scott (Mary); her grandchildren, Megan, Cara Turczinski (Brian), Samantha, Thomas Weigand (Samantha), Dylan Weigand (Jean), Rachel and Jenna; her great grandchildren, Gabriella Turczinski and Charlotte Turczinski; her siblings, Lois Hellstern (Bob), Pastor Don (Beverly) and Dan Hackbarth (Sheila); and her siblings-in-law, Cliff Hetzel and Susan Hackbarth Anderson. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
