She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joyce, Tom Jakubowski and Judy McNally. She is survived by: her parents, Troy Jakubowski and Colleen Jakubowski; her brother Cameron (Miranda Kobs); her grandparents, Paul McNally, Don and Maureen "MoMo" Somogyi; her aunts and uncles, Ryan McNally (Melinda Somogyi), Mike Jakubowski (Sandy Patyk) and DeAnna O'Grady (John); her cousins, Vincenza and Etta O'Grady; her aunts, Jessica, Amy, Mary, Ann and Deana; and her uncle Chad.
In lieu of flowers, the family strongly encourages everyone to keep Morgan's legacy alive by donating to Morgan's Mito March Team of the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation's Energy for Life Walkathon.
