He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ciolkosz and Rose Ciolkosz (Patchek); his parents-in-law, Roy and Grace Jensen; his siblings, Rudy Ciolkosz (Ethel), Doris Healey (Bob) and Sylvia Przybrylski; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Haas, Sylvester Skaleski and Kay Jensen.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Ciolkosz (Andrea) of Hockessin, DE and Anne Pasquale (Vince) of Lewis Center, OH; his stepsons, Shane Hartman and Brett Hartman (Terra); his grandchildren, Seth Ciolkosz, Emma Ciolkosz, Molly Ciolkosz, Nick Pasquale, Sophia Pasquale, Rylee Hartman, Skylar Hartman and Harper Hartman; his sisters, Irene Haas, Marlene Soborowicz (Frank), Phyllis Skaleski and Judy Foster (Bill); Sandra. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
