He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Turner and Joyce Turner (Capes); and his siblings, Larry Turner and Betty Sipusich. He is survived by: his wife Delores Rinehart; his children, Glen Turner Jr. (Rebecca) and Kathryn Elmer (Toni); his granddaughter Trinity Elmer; his brothers, Dick and Rick Turner; and his aunts, Doris Koepke and Georgia Persson. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
