With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Candace Jean Bauer of New London, Wisconsin, born in Fremont, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 10, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Wohlt and Neva Wohlt (Kramer); and her husband James "Skip" Bauer. She is survived by : her children, Michele Nutter (Robert) and Peter Bauer (Sara); her grandchildren, Stephanie Warren (Scott), Sara Nutter, Kim Wierl (Jake), Joe Nutter (Joleen) and Katie Dobbert (Adam); her great grandchildren, Kalisa, Keenin, Aspen, Benjamin, Maggie and Grace; and her sister Christine Schmies (Larry).

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cline & Hanson Funeral Home (209 W Cook St, New London, WI 54961). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
