She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ruffie and Florena Ruffie (Parsons); her husband Martin Nelson; her brother Joseph Ruffie; her brother-in-law James Luse (Glenn Nelson); and her nephew Brian Luse.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Luse and David Ruffie (Twyla); her sister-in-law Joanne Ruffie; and her children, Todd Nelson (Amy), Troy Nelson (Bee Sutliff) and Debra Bartholomew. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests tax-deductible donations in Mom's memory be made to St Jospeh Residence-Monarch Meadows, 107 E Beckert Road, New London, WI 54962.
