He was predeceased by : his parent Rosco Rowe; his brothers, Gary, Jeffrey, Robert and Daryl; and his daughter Marsha Rowe.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara G. Goforth (Rowe); his children, Katherine Cardy (Sid), Mathew Rowe (Teri Huntley) and Shannon Lutzow (Robert); and his stepchildren, Kevin Ricketts and Angella Voit (Don). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
